Where we deliver

Our delivery area covers the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and addresses outside this area are outside our delivery service. Our business mailing and return address in Anchorage is separate from the delivery area.

From order to doorstep

Processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard transit takes 3–7 days. These are separate periods; weekends and holidays may affect processing. We send tracking information when an order ships. A carrier delay or an address correction can extend arrival beyond the estimate.

Standard shipping charges

Standard shipping is $6.99 for merchandise totals below $59. Orders totaling $59 or more receive free standard shipping. The threshold uses the merchandise total after any applicable discount, before tax.

Address details and delivery concerns

Check the street address, apartment number, state and ZIP code before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking stops moving, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or teaware arrives damaged, contact customer care with the order number and tracking details. Please keep the carton and packing material for a damage review.

For a significant delay before dispatch, we will communicate an updated estimate and any available cancellation or refund options. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer law.
