Information you provide

When you shop, create an account or contact us, we may receive your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number, order details and the contents of your message. Our website also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type and access logs to deliver pages and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage orders and accounts, provide customer support, handle returns, meet legal obligations and maintain website security. Service providers that support hosting, email, order delivery and website operations receive information as needed for those tasks. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect customers and the business.

Cookies and your choice

Essential WordPress and WooCommerce cookies support sign-in, the shopping bag and checkout sessions. We save your Accept or Decline choice in this browser’s local storage. No analytics or advertising tracking scripts are currently used. Declining optional cookies leaves essential shopping functions available. The Cookie Settings link in the footer reopens the notice. You may also clear cookies and local storage through your browser; doing so may empty your bag or sign you out.

Retention and protection

Order records are kept for business, accounting and legal needs. Contact messages are retained while needed to address your inquiry and maintain a service record. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity, and certain transaction records may need to be retained by law. Depending on your state, additional privacy rights may apply. Gunnar Tea does not trade customer data for money or provide it to advertisers for behavioral ad targeting.

Children and external links

The shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Other websites linked from our pages have their own privacy practices.
