Effective November 6, 2026. These terms apply to use of gunnartea.com and purchases from Gunnar Nicholas LLC, trading as Gunnar Tea.

Shopping with us

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Product information

We aim to describe teaware accurately. Screen settings and the nature of glazed or decorated surfaces can affect how colors appear. Read the written specification and included-pieces list before choosing; photographic props are not included unless listed. Capacity and measurements may be approximate where stated. Do not use a vessel on a stove, in a microwave or in a dishwasher unless the product information expressly permits it.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. If a material price, availability or description error affects an order, we will contact you with options before proceeding, including cancellation and any refund due. We do not replace products without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit takes 3–7 days. Standard delivery is $6.99, with free shipping on orders of $59 or more. See the Shipping Policy for details. Website content and availability

Brand artwork and original website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. We may update products, prices and site content. We aim to keep the service accessible, but do not promise uninterrupted access.

Rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be limited by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of products or unlawful use of the site. These terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and Alaska law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home state.
