A 30-day window to get in touch

You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, keep the teaware unused and retain its original packaging. Include your order number and tell us which pieces you would like to send back.

How to send a return

Email [email protected] or call 1-818-535-1596 for help with the return. Returns go to Gunnar Nicholas LLC, 2332 Galewood St, Anchorage, AK 99508. Include the order number inside the parcel and pack each piece carefully. A trackable shipping service gives you a record of the journey.

Who covers return postage?

If we sent the wrong item, the item has a quality problem, or it was damaged in transit, Gunnar Tea covers the return shipping cost. Contact us before buying a return label so we can provide instructions. For preference changes or other customer-choice returns, the customer pays return postage. No fee is deducted simply for restocking a qualifying return.

Broken or incorrect pieces

Keep the item, outer carton and packing materials, and send photos of the damage or incorrect piece along with your order number. We will review the issue with you and arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund. Please handle broken ceramic carefully.

Inspection and refund

After a return reaches us, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. When approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method and send a confirmation. Your financial institution controls when the credit becomes visible in your account. Original delivery charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return; for our error or a quality issue, applicable delivery charges are included in the resolution.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as you need to cancel. An order already dispatched must follow the return process. For a different style, arrange a return and place a separate order for the desired piece. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
